This course will provide an in-depth overview of the HIPAA law. It will discuss its varying components and considerations with a focus on Workers’ Compensation. This course will then provide a review of cultural diversity, outlining different strategies and approaches useful in your daily practice.

  4. Name those who are considered business associates under the HIPAA law
