Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace - FL Nurses

This course satisfies the requirements put forth by the Florida Board of Nursing for the required course on recognizing impairment in the workplace. We will cover identifying the signs of impairment in the workplace, what employers can do to promote safety and the essential steps to report a suspected case of impairment. The mandatory reporting law will be covered, as well as the treatment programs and their management by IPN. It concludes with several cases of co-worker impairment behaviors.
